How EMS technology works
EMS training therapy was used by NASA astronauts to prevent muscle loss. From the 1960, the astronauts used to get EMS trainings to prevent the muscle damages. This training uses the micro electrical waves and gives the direct stimulation to our muscles. The principle of EMS is that it uses 1 to 100 Hz of microcurrents to relieve muscle contraction by directly stimulating and activating muscles in a form similar to signal commands delivered from the brain to the muscles when moving the body.
During traditional strength training, the brain sends bioelectrical impulses which cause certain muscles to contract. However, not all muscles have a well-developed connection to the brain, and these muscles are not as easily activated, therefore they will not develop so well. This way we can never train with full force, even if we want to.
EMS (electrical muscle stimulation) however, with low-strength electrical impulses, directly stimulates our deep muscles thus deceiving our body’s natural reactions and training almost 100% of our musculature.

A: We recommend wearing the device on bare skin to maintain the softest and most stable stimulation state. Depending on the material of the clothing, stimulation may not be transmitted effectively, so it is best to wear it on bare skin when receiving a massage.
Q: Why is there a difference in strength between the left knee and right knee when using the device?
A: This can happen if the amount of water sprayed on the left and right sides is not the same, or if one knee pad is more relaxed than the other. To ensure even stimulation, it is recommended to use both pads as closely as possible to the knees.
Q: How can I charge the controller and for how long should I charge it?
A: It is a USB Type-C charging method and is fully charged in 3 hours. There is no marking after full charge. Charged controllers can be used 7 to 8 times depending on the mode of use.
Q: Can I put the pads in a washing machine?
A: Please avoid putting the product into a laundry machine. Instead, handwash the belt and pads or use wet wipes to clean them.
Q: Can I use a dryer to dry the Pads?
A: It is recommended to dry the product naturally in the shade. Avoid twisting the belt and pads too hard to squeeze out the water.
Q: Can I use the Knee Massager while charging it?
