Ich habe schon länger überlegt mir einen EMS Anzug für mich selbst zu kaufen. Letztendlich habe ich den Confidence Anzug ausgewählt und ich muss sagen, dass ich sehr zufrieden damit bin. Die Impulsstärke ist ziemlich stark und man kann sie für jedes Körperteil individuell umstellen. Nach den ersten Trainingseinheiten hatte ich Muskelkater. Aber nach 2 Wochen hat sich mein Körper schon gut daran gewöhnt und ich finde auch, dass meine Bauchmuskulatur stärker geworden ist.

It is very straightforward how to use it. The box, the controller has seamless connection to the suit, it holds there firmly and don’t fall out. At some tricky training style it little annoying but otherwise good stuff.

I think I like the app better. Nice charts and really tracking my progress cool. I wish to connect it with the fitness tracker I wear, but its cool anyway. The suit is good, nice material and design.

I am so happy to find Justfit Me, it's such a great tool to stick into your training. Due to my work, I am on the way a lot, so it doesn't actually worth paying the monthly pass in the gym. So I decided to have my own EMS training, and it saves me a lot of time, and I adore doing my sessions at home.

I had to look for the cables if they are still there I could not feel it at all. It is so precisely sew into the suit. JustFit turned out to be an even better choice than i thought. I can only recommend it - highly appreciated thank you guysss )

Tengo que decir que Justfit Me excedió mis expectativas. El traje está muy cómodo y ligero, nada que ver con los del gimnasios, y la app da mucha variedad de entrenamientos. Me viene ahora superbien para hacer ejercicios en casa.

Wow, such a fabulous kit! After the first work outs I felt such a sore in every part of my body, like all the muscles were screaming that I never used before. Since it got much better and even my back pain is gone.

WASHABLE))))) Thank you team for this product. After the trainings I just put it straight away to the washing machine and even on a fast program it comes clean as new. No need to hussle with cables - just remove the controller and that is it. Truly comfortable.

This is really slim, suiting my body shape and size perfectly. Not sure even if too tight, it makes the electrodes closer feel better never had problem with connection. I started with max power but had to quickly change to lower to my muscles, I can customize it for my own style. 5 stars.

I doubted that it will fit my size, but it really did, I keep smiling since then. Happy with the new gear I show it around ofthe with proud. This has a great future. Mostly I use for legs as I need to strengthen the muscles there.

I like this home version of the Justfit suit, especially the shoulder electrodes! My arms look firm and pretty since I use it. My only problem is the wetting part, because it can be really cold, you have to be careful with it.

How Justfit™ EMS technology works
During traditional strength training, the brain sends bioelectrical impulses which cause certain muscles to contract. However, not all muscles have a well-developed connection to the brain, and these muscles are not as easily activated, therefore they will not develop so well. Durability
With 2 strength trainings plus 2 cardio trainings per week you'll perform 208 trainings in one year. When choosing the fabric of the suit our main goal was to meet these requirements.
Number and lenght of weekly training
To protect your health, we have introduced the following limitations regarding the JustfitMe and JustfitMe Ace training set. Please note that EMS training is a very effective form of training, therefore it is not necessary and not advisable to train more than specified below.
